MUTUAL NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
This Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (the Agreement) is entered into as of the Effective Date by and between Northbridge Holdings, Inc. and Acme Capital Partners LLC (each a Party).
1. TERM. This Agreement remains in force for twelve (12) months from the Effective Date. The term may be extended only by written agreement signed by both parties.
