Policy & autonomy

  • Approval mode: every drafted save or upsell email waits for your click — auto-send is off by default.
  • Per-severity rules: medium and high severity always go to review; low severity may auto-send only after you explicitly widen it.
  • Coverage floor: never acts on billing signals alone, and never contacts the same account twice within 3 days.
  • Notice windows: each account carries its renewal date and notice deadline — work starts early enough to matter.
  • The 30-minute cancel-save email is OFF until you enable its webhook — then it sends automatically.
  • Escalation: reviewer disagreement and accounts at $50K+ ARR route to your inbox instead of auto-resolving.

Notifications & delivery

  • Monday digest at 12:00 UTC — the ARR in motion this week, by email.
  • Slack digest: not configured — connect Slack to mirror the digest into a channel.
  • Channel map: 3 customer channels mapped to accounts.
  • Owner-notification steps are recorded in the audit timeline and play-run view; external email or Slack delivery is not enabled yet.
