Where the numbers come from, your business type, and where to send the report.
Business type · drives the model levers ?Auto-detected from your data; you can override. SaaS levers = customers/price/churn; store = orders/basket; services = hours/rate.

There is no single data-quality score here. Each source states its own status, and we do not roll them up into a percentage we could not defend on the day a number looks wrong.

What we read, and what this system does not give
Read from this system: profit and loss, balance sheet, cash balance, receivables and payables, chart of accounts, posting journal, analytic breakdowns.
Intuit publishes no read-only accounting permission, so the one you approve covers reading and writing. We issue read requests only and never post an entry.

Not read from this system yet: posting journal.
Xero’s posting journal is on the Advanced developer tier, which the app vendor buys — we would, you cannot, and no Xero plan of yours unlocks it. Xero also closed the custom-connection route to it in April 2026. Without it you still get the statements, the balances and the movements behind them from invoices, bills, bank lines and manual journals — everything except the entries Xero posts by itself.

A NetSuite administrator creates an Integration record once — about 15–30 minutes, step by step on the connect page — then you sign in with OAuth 2.0. NetSuite asks for a new sign-in after 7 days by default, 30 days at most. Read-only: we post nothing to your ledger.

We read Sage through its Web Services, which need a sender ID. Sage issues one to the company that owns the integration, and we hold none — so you bring your own: your Sage account manager issues it (it can take several days, and Sage may charge), you allow-list it in your company, and we read with it. Read-only: we post nothing to your ledger.

You paste an OData endpoint and a read-only service user. We read registers and documents; we never post a document.
